Projekt rövid összefoglalója
Projektünk célja a partnerkapcsolat kialakítása és tapasztalatcsere a fiatalok technológiai oktatásával
foglalkozó izlandi non-profit Kóderrel, az együttműködésbe bevonva egy magyarországi és egy izlandi
oktatási intézményt – az Óbudai Egyetemet és a Reykjavik Technical College-t a partnerség szakmai
támogatását biztosítandó.

A tapasztalatcsere fő része két tanulmányút keretében valósult meg.
Először, 2018. január 25 és 30. között izlandi partnereink látogattak Budapestre, ahol bemutattuk
nekik Alapítványunk és a Skool projekt működését, hátterét, küldetését és céljait. Megosztottuk a
fundraisingre, a partner cégekkel való együttműködésre, a kommunikációra, az önkéntes
elköteleződésre, a foglalkozások felméréseire és a kutatás készítésre vonatkozó tapasztalatainkat,
miközben a tréningjeinkbe is betekintést adtunk. Partnereink részt vettek egy szombati egynapos
Skool foglalkozáson, így valós tapasztalatot is szereztek működésünkről.
A második tanulmányút 2018. február 1. és 5. között zajlott, amikor a Skool és az Óbudai Egyetem
csapata utazott Izlandra. Itt mi ismerkedtünk meg Kóder működésével és céljaival, meglátogattuk
egyik iskolában és egyik könyvtárban tartott foglalkozásukat, beszélgettünk a Reykjavik Technical
College két IT tanárával és az IT projekt vezetővel a Hólabrekkuskoli nevű iskolában. Hétvégén még
az UTMessanra is ellátogattunk, ami Izland legnagyobb tech kiállítása. Az út révén mi is elsőkézből
megismertük a Kóder működését és sok beszélgetést folytattunk egymás gyakorlatáról. (A

A tanulmányutakat követően az együttműködés fókusza a kiválasztott tan- és tréninganyagok
átvételre és fejlesztésére irányult: adoptáltunk két Kóder tananyagot és partnereinkkel együtt tovább
fejlesztettük tréning anyagunkat. Emellett az Óbudai Egyetem részéről egy szakmai publikáció is
készült a tapasztalatcseréről.

A projekt összességében nagyszerű lehetőséget biztosított arra, hogy egy kölcsönösen előnyös
együttműködést alakítsunk ki, ami célcsoportunk számára is hasznos lesz. Így hosszú távon, a
tapasztalatcsere során tanultaknak és az átvett tan- és tréninganyagoknak köszönhetően a
magyarországi és izlandi fiatal lányok – akiknek technológiai inspirálása és bátorítása a célunk – is
profitálnak az együttműködésből.
A projekt az EGT Alapok és a Norvég Alapok támogatásával valósul meg.

Project summary
The overall objective of our project was to establish partnership and cooperation and share
experience and best practices with Kóder, an Icelandic NGO focusing on technology education of
youth in Iceland, with the involvement of two local educational institutions – Óbuda University in
Hungary and Reykjavik Technical College in Iceland, which aimed to strengthen the partnership by
ensuring professional support.
Most of the experience sharing happened in the frame of the two study trips.
First, between 25th and 30th January 2018 our Icelandic partners visited us in Budapest. Here, we
introduced them to Skool’s organisation, background, mission and goals. We shared our experience
with regard to fundraising, cooperation with companies, communication, volunteer engagement, workshop surveys and research, while they were also introduced to our teacher training materials.
Our partners participated at a Skool workshop, thus they gained first hand experience.
The second study trip was held between 1st and 5th February 2018, when Skool and Obuda
University team traveled to Iceland. There we learnt about Kóder’s operation and mission, we visited
their workshop at a school and at a library, we talked with IT teachers at Reykjavik Technical College
and the IT project leader of Hólabrekkuskoli. In the weekend we also participated at UTMessan, the
largest tech fair of Iceland. This way we could also observe Kóder’s operation and have lot of
discussions about each-other practices. (To read more about our study trip click here!)
After the study trips our cooperation focused on the adoption and enhancement of the selected
materials: we adopted two of Kóder’s curriculums and enhanced our teacher training material which
was reviewed by all partners involved. Furthermore a professional publication was prepared by Obuda
University about the experience sharing.
The project provided an excellent opportunity to establish a mutually advantageous cooperation which
will benefit our target group. In the longer run, thanks to the learnings from the experience sharing and
the adopted materials, young girls in Hungary and in Iceland – whom we aim to encourage and inspire
to become creators in the world of technology – will profit from this cooperation project.
